Dorte Egeberg is an experienced laboratory andrologist currently working at the European Sperm Bank since May 2018. Prior to this role, Dorte completed a PhD at Rigshospitalet focused on automated sperm analysis and new endpoints of sperm quality, serving as a PhD student from May 2011 to November 2017. Dorte's expertise includes assay development and validation, human and boar sperm handling, human semen analysis, and image cytometry, alongside a strong understanding of the accreditation process and project management skills. Earlier in Dorte's career, a position as a student assistant at Lundbeck involved administrative tasks related to analytical procedures and documentation management, with experience in GMP practices. Dorte holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biomedicin from Københavns Universitet.
