Jadid Samad is currently a Principal Scientist at Pfizer, having joined the company in November 2020. Previously, Jadid held multiple roles at Southern Research, including Senior Chemical Engineer and Advanced Chemical Engineer, from March 2016 to November 2020. Jadid's career also encompasses a position as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of South Carolina, where work was conducted from August 2011 to February 2016, following the role of Graduate Research Assistant. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Visiting Research Scientist at Laboratoire de Réactivité de Surface in October 2012 and a Graduate Research Assistant position at the University of Alberta from September 2008 to August 2010. Jadid holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Science from the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Science from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
