Bianca Mergen has extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as Directeur Eurojob since July 2019. Previously, Mergen held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Manpower from February 2017 to November 2018, where responsibilities included translating the strategic vision of the management into operational plans tailored to regional and market needs. From April 2012 to January 2017, Mergen was Operations Manager at Manpower Nederland, overseeing organizational, budgetary, personnel, and account areas for eight Inhouse locations in North and Central Limburg, managing a team of 24 FTE.
