Viktoria Skoularidou, PMP®, is a highly experienced professional in project and program management within the European and public sectors, currently serving as a Senior Business Relations Management Officer at eu-LISA since October 2012. With a strong background in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and operational oversight, Viktoria has held various roles at eu-LISA, such as Senior Operational Planning Officer and Programme Manager, contributing significantly to large-scale IT infrastructure projects. Prior to this, Viktoria's career includes significant positions within the Ministry of Public Order & Citizen Protection in Greece and the European Commission, where responsibilities encompassed the management of EU-funded projects and evaluations in ICT security and development. Viktoria's academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Information Systems and participation in leadership and negotiation programs at prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford and LSE.
