Alberto Schiavon is an experienced IT professional specializing in systems engineering and Microsoft 365 architecture. Currently serving as the Head of the Tools, Devices and Support department at ETSI since February 2009, Alberto leads a team focused on designing and implementing collaborative solutions, managing server migrations, and ensuring infrastructure security and automation. Previous roles include Systems Engineer at a&o systems + services UK Ltd., where responsibilities included designing high-availability solutions and serving as an Exchange expert, and Windows Server Support Technical Lead at Microsoft, where oversight was provided for technical solutions and support for enterprise customers. Alberto holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
