Ümmügülsüm Ünlüer has a diversified work experience in the software industry. Ümmügülsüm started their career as a Hybrid Mobile Developer and Web Developer at DIGIEGGS in October 2017 and worked there until March 2019. Following this, they joined CEOMED Software as a Frontend Developer in March 2019 and worked there until October 2020. Currently, Ümmügülsüm is employed as a Senior Software Specialist at Etiya, starting from November 2020.

Ümmügülsüm Ünlüer received their Bachelor's degree from Dokuz Eylul University in 2015, majoring in Mathematics. Ümmügülsüm also obtained several certifications, including "Hacktrick'17 Siber Güvenlik Konferansı Kriptografi Eğitimi" from Octosec in April 2017, "Hack'n Break 2016" from İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü in August 2016, "Linux Yaz Kampı '16 Katılım Belgesi" from Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi in August 2016, "Pedagojik Formasyon Sertifikası" from Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Buca Eğitim Fakültesi in June 2015, "Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)" from BilgeAdam in February 2014, and "Alcatel-Lucent Telecommunication Networks Knowledge Junior Certification" from Alcatel-Lucent in March 2015.
