Youssef Souissi is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at EtihadWE since February 2023, Youssef previously held the role of Senior Vice President for Strategy and Transformation at ADNOC Distribution, where key responsibilities included leading company performance management and supporting the CEO in strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes Vice President of Strategy & PMO at National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed), and Manager of Strategy at Masdar, among other roles at Roland Berger and in founding Wibsy Digital Agency. Youssef Souissi holds a Master in Management with a focus on Finance from EDHEC Business School and participated in an exchange program at Fudan University.
