Thomas Weber currently serves as the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at etalytics GmbH since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager and Researcher at the Institut für Produktionsmanagement, Technologie und Werkzeugmaschinen - PTW from January 2017 to October 2022.

Thomas Weber completed their education at Technische Universität Darmstadt. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Thomas then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering from 2011 to 2016 at the same institution. Thomas continued their academic journey and successfully earned a Doctor's degree in Mathematical Optimization of industrial cooling and heating systems from 2017 to 2022, still at Technische Universität Darmstadt.
