Theresa Wright is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in service delivery and technical support. Currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager at Estuary Housing Association since November 2020, Theresa previously held the role of IT Service Manager - Europe at CD&R LLP and has extensive experience as a Senior System Analyst at MS Amlin and in various technical support roles at major financial institutions including VTB Capital and Macquarie Group. Theresa’s expertise encompasses team leadership, vendor management, and the implementation of ITIL best practices, with an emphasis on providing high-quality operational support across multiple platforms and user bases. Theresa holds a BTEC National Diploma in Computing from Tower Hamlets College.
