Serge Mashkov is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in software development, web development, and IT management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist at ASSE International, Inc. since May 2021, Serge previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at the same company from November 2016 to June 2020, where development and maintenance of the High School Student Exchange Programs Database took place. Prior to that, Serge worked as a Web Developer at Сайтсофт, focusing on web application development and backend code optimization, and as a Senior Application Developer at Mediasite, creating multi-language software and web-based games. Serge also held the role of IT Manager at ACNielsen, responsible for system diagnostics and repairs. Educational background includes studies at Ural State University named after A.M.
