Erkki Paulus is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Head of the Tax Audit Unit for Individual Taxation at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board since May 2019. Prior to this role, Erkki held various positions at PwC from February 1997 to April 2019, including Tax Manager in the People & Organisation and Tax Reporting & Strategy services, as well as Assistant Tax Manager and Senior Tax Consultant, focusing on corporate and individual taxation projects. Erkki began a career in tax at the Estonian Tax and Customs Authorities as an Official, advising local companies on administrative and tax technical matters from January 1995 to January 1997. Erkki holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Economics from Tallinna Tehnikaülikool and completed high school at Väike Õismäe Keskkool.
