Analyn Mercado has extensive experience in security management and operations, currently serving as an Account Manager at American Security & Investigations since April 2020, while also holding the position of Console Operator at SOS Security LLC since October 2017. In this role, Analyn monitors alerts and alarms through the DVTEL System for American Express global locations across North and South America and utilizes CCure for remote door and gate monitoring. Previous experience includes working as a Command Officer in the Security Operations Center at PayPal from October 2019 to April 2020, and as a Security Shift Supervisor at American Express (SOS Security) from October 2016 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing shift security personnel and monitoring CCTV. Analyn's educational background includes studies at Rizal Technological University and Victorias National High School.
