Jason Shelby is currently the VP of Sales & Marketing at EstateSpace. Prior to joining EstateSpace, Jason was the Director of Customer Success at Griffin Privacy and BuilderFish: Fine, Innovative, Signature Homes. In these roles, Jason was responsible for managing communication infrastructure, serving as a liaison to develop and maintain relations between executive staff and the clients, having strategic conversations with a focus on client goal attainment, executing digital marketing strategies across email, social, content generation and automation, and helping cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to bring together brand goals and consumer needs.
Jason has over 10 years of experience in customer success and sales & marketing. Jason is a strategic thinker and problem solver who is able to identify and mitigate risks that block product adoption and user satisfaction. Jason is an excellent communicator and is able to collect customer feedback and clearly articulate product recommendations to the development teams. Jason is also a strong supporter of business development efforts.
Jason Shelby attended Onondaga Community College, where they earned an associate's degree in business administration and management. The program at Onondaga Community College provided Jason with a solid foundation in business concepts such as business law, economics, corporate finance, and marketing. Additionally, Jason gained valuable skills in business technology during their time at Onondaga Community College.
