Doreen Karapanos has extensive experience in brand and digital communication, currently serving as Global Brand Communication Manager and Global Digital Communication Manager at Essity since May 2015. Prior to this role, Doreen worked at Campari Deutschland from June 2011 to April 2015 as Digital Manager for the Northern & Central Europe Business Unit and also as Digital & Community Manager. Doreen's earlier career includes positions at Microsoft from October 2009 to May 2011 in Product Marketing for Xbox 360 and Xbox LIVE, as well as serving as Unit Director for Live Communications at Wildstyle Network GmbH between July 2003 and September 2009. Additional experience includes working as a Repräsentant for Hellas Reisen GmbH and as a receptionist at Hilton Worldwide in 1999.
