Caio Amato is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the sports and apparel industry. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Oakley and Sports Hub at EssilorLuxottica since September 2023, Caio is responsible for mentoring teams and developing key sports brands including Oakley and Costa. Prior to this role, Caio was Oakley’s Global Head of Marketing from December 2020 to September 2023. Caio's background includes significant positions at adidas, such as Sr. Director Brand Marketing for Global Sports Footwear & Apparel, where contributions spanned over a decade from November 2010 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes roles at Alpargatas S.A. managing the Mizuno footwear portfolio for Latin America and multiple marketing positions in Brazil. Caio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Social Communication Degree from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and attended the Adidas Latin America Leadership Academy at INCAE Business School.
