Elizabeth Kuhns has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various industries. Since March 2016, Elizabeth has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Owner of Maelstrom, LLC. Concurrently, Elizabeth has held the position of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Manager, Marketing Officer, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Essex Savings Bank since December 2014, contributing to the longevity and stability of one of the nation’s oldest banks. As a Board Member of HOPE Partnership since May 2019, Elizabeth supports affordable housing initiatives in Middlesex County. Elizabeth's previous board service includes a role at Flock Theatre Company from April 2015 to December 2018. Earlier in the career, Elizabeth was the Director of Membership at the American Helicopter Society International from July 2007 to November 2014 and served as the Assistant to the Director of Communications at AgustaWestland from October 2004 to January 2007. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Old Dominion University and completed studies at the Connecticut School of Finance & Management from 2017 to 2019.
