Paul Chapman is an experienced professional in economic growth and project management, currently serving as an Economic Growth Officer at Essex County Council since November 2018, overseeing £50m in capital projects funded by the UK Government. Previously, Paul held positions such as Intercultural Cities Expert at the Council of Europe, European Projects Manager for PCEU Consulting Ltd, and Lead Expert for the EU's URBACT III Programme, showcasing expertise in urban regeneration, multicultural integration, and management of EU-funded initiatives. Paul also served as Director at MELA Social Enterprise and managed European projects at the London Borough of Lewisham for 17 years.
