Thomas Abruzzese currently serves as the Information Technology Asset Manager at Archwell Essentials since October 2021. Previously, Thomas held the position of Configuration Manager focused on CMDB Governance and IT Service Management at Bristol-Myers Squibb from January 2019 to May 2020, overseeing the Service Asset and Configuration Management process for various business applications. Thomas's extensive career also includes roles as a Compliance Manager and Global Configuration Manager at BT, where responsibilities encompassed compliance regulation management and the integration of information systems for a consolidated CMDB. Earlier positions include Senior Network Analyst at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where Thomas managed global TCP/IP-based systems, and Network Analyst at Chubb, as well as Network Technician/Voice Analyst at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
