Anke Van Oijen has extensive experience in marketing and sales, currently serving as the Director of Sales & Acquisition Marketing at Essent since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing digital marketing and managing a multidisciplinary team. Previous roles at Essent include Manager of Future Energy Home Activation and various leadership positions in marketing and channel management. Anke is also the owner of A-connect, providing strategic expertise since January 2013. Anke's prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at shoemixx.nl, leading an e-commerce startup focused on digital marketing and brand communication, and working as a buyer at de Bijenkorf, managing product development across Europe and the Far East. Anke holds an HBO degree from TMO (1997-2000) and an Atheneum degree from Dominicus College (1991-1997).
