Rom Harlevi is an experienced Operations Project Manager at Essence Group, where responsibilities include managing multiple complex operational projects and optimizing processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Rom served as an NPI Engineer at DustPhotonics, leading the development of a new product line and managing the entire product lifecycle. Additional experience as a Research Assistant was gained at both Landa Labs and Ariel University. Rom holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Materials Engineering from Ariel University.
