Sovan Das has extensive experience in sales and operations within the engineering and power sectors. Currently serving as RSM - Sales and Operation at TMTL Engines since October 2022, Sovan is responsible for leading sales and operations in West Bengal and Sikkim, focusing on customer satisfaction, new business generation, and team development. Prior experience includes roles such as DGM - Sales and Operation at Garuda Power Private Limited, overseeing sales operations in Eastern India, and State Head at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, where responsibilities included channel and OEM development. Earlier career milestones include positions at Jakson Group and NGK Spark Plugs (INDIA) Ltd in sales and marketing roles. Sovan holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has a technical education background.
