Ben Flanagan is a Marketing Manager at Esri UK, leading a team focused on growth for the company’s SaaS products through digital campaigns. With a background in product communications, Ben has successfully launched new SaaS products in the UK market and managed strategic messaging to stakeholders. Previously, as a Technical Research Manager, Ben drove product innovation and led key projects, including Esri’s COVID-19 response. Ben also created engaging digital content to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, Ben served as a Programme Committee Member for the British Cartographic Society, contributing to the Society's conference and events. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from The University of Manchester.
