Dr. Kapono Ciotti is an experienced education consultant and leader with a rich background in culturally responsive education and curriculum development. Serving as President of Kapono Ciotti Inc. since December 2012, Dr. Ciotti specializes in areas such as culturally responsive design thinking, school redesign, and professional development. Additionally, Dr. Ciotti is currently an Educational Consultant for Esol Education, supporting international schools, and has held various leadership roles including Executive Director at What School Could Be and Head of School at the American International School in Egypt. Educational contributions also include consulting for The Pacific American Foundation and facilitating professional development through HiFusionEd. Dr. Ciotti holds a PhD in International Education from Northcentral University and a strong educational foundation with degrees focused on social change and cultural studies.
