Clara Casal Georgiou is a skilled Food Scientist with extensive experience in product development and sensory evaluation. Currently employed at Stockeld Dreamery since April 2022, Clara has previously held roles as a Product Developer at KAPSU® and as a Food Scientist at Hooked Foods, where significant contributions were made to plant-based fish alternatives. Clara's earlier experience includes internships focused on sustainable food practices and raw materials development at Mediamatic and Anheuser-Busch InBev, respectively.
