James Lively is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Regional Director, West at ESA South, Inc. since April 2023, James has previously held various project management roles at CSM Group, Apache Industrial Services, Saulsbury, and Bilfinger Westcon, among others, with a career spanning over two decades. James's experience includes cost engineering with Enbridge Pipelines and field engineering with Pce Constructors. James has a solid educational background, having attended Tarleton State University and Cisco College.
