Charlotte Scott-McGarva has over a decade of experience in supporting children and families, particularly in the realm of special needs and early childhood education. Currently serving as a Community Scheduler with ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development since 2011, Charlotte facilitates resource consultation services for families of children with special needs. Previous roles include Instructor Therapist focused on early behavioral intervention for children with autism, Case Manager for Supported Independent Living at Community Living Oakville, and Administration and Campaigns Coordinator for the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care. Charlotte has also worked as a Research Assistant at Ryerson University and served as an Educational Assistant with the Halton District School Board, contributing to the development and implementation of individualized educational programs. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Educational Assistant Special Needs Support Worker from Niagara College and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Disability Studies from Ryerson University.
