Shelby McBride is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in education. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Premier Inc., Shelby previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Talent Acquisition Lead at ettain group. Prior to a career in talent acquisition, Shelby worked as a teacher and Head Volleyball Coach for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Shelby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Michigan State University and obtained a Certificate of Completion in Spanish Language from La Universidad Internacional Menendez Pelayo.
