Michelle Young is a seasoned professional in the field of immigration and global mobility, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Erickson Immigration Group since June 2017. With a history of roles that include Sr. International Practice PM and Global Business Case Manager, Michelle has extensive experience in managing immigration processes for foreign nationals. Prior to Erickson, Michelle held positions at The Washington Post as a Global Mobility Specialist, where responsibilities included managing the VISA status for over 40 foreign nationals. Previous experience includes roles at SPARKS as an Immigration Specialist, at CGI Federal as Lead Immigration SME, and at CGI as Lead Financial Analyst. Michelle's career began in procurement at AMS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Howard University and further studies at UMUC from 2013 to 2017.
