Inese Jeļisejeva is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in research, project assistance, and team supervision. Currently, Inese serves as a Researcher at Find Ada since March 2023 and as a Project Assistant at ERDA since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Inese spent over nine years at Stockmann Riga, progressing from Sales Assistant to Store Warehouse Supervisor, where responsibilities included human resource planning, departmental efficiency improvement, and inter-departmental collaboration. Inese also has experience as an English teacher for pre-school children at Valodu Vēstniecība and holds a Bachelor of Education from Latvijas Universitate, specializing in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language.
