Nicole Nichols-Beal, M.S. Org Dev, CPT, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Zak Consulting Group, where the focus is on redefining HR outsourcing for start-ups and mid-size companies. Previously, Nicole was the Bentley Brand Manager at Carlock Motorcars Nashville, where the emphasis was on showcasing Bentley's luxury vehicle experience. With experience as a Partner Trainer and Franchise Owner at Camp Gladiator, Nicole contributed to the mission of positively impacting physical fitness. As Chief Exploration Officer at N2B Consulting, Nicole explored entrepreneurial paths and the sharing of personal talents.
