Hanan Beliak currently serves as the VP of HR Strategy at Equinix, responsible for the integration of HR solutions across various domains including HR Strategy, Workforce Analytics, and Employee Listening. With a career spanning over a decade at Equinix, Hanan has held roles such as Sr. Director of Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics, and Director of CHRO Chief of Staff, where contributions included building a diverse HR team, managing a substantial HR budget, and leading initiatives for organizational architecture. Prior experiences include a Fellowship at the Malaysia Blue Ocean Strategy Institute, where national human capital strategies were developed, and a Manager role at Deloitte, focused on recruiting model ROI analysis. Hanan holds an MBA in Human Capital from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
