FATİH Ş. has been working in the technology transfer field since 2009. FATİH started working as the Technology Transfer Expert at the Karabük Üniversitesi - University Of Karabuk-Teknoloji Transfer Ofisi in 2009. In 2021, they took on the role of TTO Community Manager at StartupCentrum and TTO Expert at Konuşan TTO'lar. FATİH is currently the Director Technology Transfer at Karabuk University.

FATÄ°H Åž. has a diverse educational background. FATÄ°H completed an Associate Degree in Business and Management from Firat University in 2006. FATÄ°H then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from Anadolu University in 2010. In 2017, they completed a Pre-Master's Degree in Computer and Information Technology and Support Services from Karabuk University. In 2019, they began a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Karabuk University, which they are still currently enrolled in. In the same year, they began a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at UNIKA, which they are also still currently enrolled in.
