Sinclaire Erdwien currently serves as the Development Operations Manager at Equal Justice Works, a position held since September 2022. Prior roles include Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Member Engagement Manager, and Committees and Education Coordinator at AIA|DC from December 2014 to February 2022. Sinclaire also gained experience as a Tour Guide at The George Washington National Masonic Memorial and worked in various coordination and management roles at Antenna International, McCormick and Schmick's Seafood and Steaks, and T-Rex Cafe. Sinclaire's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in History/Philosophy from The University of Kansas and a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Indiana University Indianapolis.
