Erika Pastrovicchio

Senior Customer Success Manager at EQS Group

Erika Pastrovicchio currently serves as Partner Support Manager at EQS Group since November 2022. Prior to this, Erika worked at myWorld 360 AG as a Key Account Management Associate from March 2022 to September 2022, focusing on onboarding new Key Accounts and serving as a liaison for various departments. Erika also held the position of Backoffice Assistant E-Commerce, providing 2nd Level customer support and verifying purchases in major affiliate networks. From October 2019 to February 2022, Erika was a Senior Customer Service Representative at Blue Tomato GmbH, supporting customers across the DACH, ESPT, and Italian markets, and previously earned recognition as a nominee for Rookie of the Year 2020. Erika obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political and Administrative Sciences from Università degli Studi di Trieste and completed an Erasmus Semester at the University of Vienna.
