Lucille Aveva is a seasoned professional in customer engagement and business consulting with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Customer Obsession at Safaricom PLC since May 2021, Aveva has also founded and directs the Eselle Group Foundation and leads Eselle Group Company Limited as CEO and Lead Consultant since 2016. Notable past roles include Head of Alliances & Strategic Partners for Standard Chartered Bank in Africa, Director of Sales and Marketing for The Regus Group in East Africa, and various director-level positions at Airtel Kenya, Zain, Celtel, and Barclays, with a strong focus on customer service transformation and strategic business development. Aveva holds a Mini MBA in Telecommunication from Informa Telecom and has undergone further education at London Business School.
