Felix Lustenberger is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of epyMetrics. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies including Shanghai University, LUTECO GmbH, Boegli-Gravures SA, MindShift Compounds AG, and Helmut Fischer AG. At Helmut Fischer AG, they served as the Global Business Development Manager/Technical Sales Support Manager where they were responsible for devising and implementing short/long-term strategic plans to meet operational needs and realise corporate goals. Some of their key achievements include introducing and implementing a new fully automatic metrology instrument series for semiconductor applications for high-density packaging, doubling the turnover within 3 years in field of scope, and augmenting turnover by 20%. Felix has also been instrumental in identifying the need to improve participants’ skillset and organising support/training sessions for complex high-end and inline metrology systems at all group subsidiaries.

Felix Lustenberger attended Rochester-Bern Executive Programs for a CAS in General Management for Board Members. Felix then attended ETH Zürich for a PhD in Analog chip design and information theory as well as an M.S in Information Technology. Felix also attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) for a Diploma Ingénieur en Microtechnique dipl. | EPFL (M.S.) in Microtechnology. Their final school was Kantonsschule Alpenquai, Luzern where they attained their Matura.
