Екатерина Стахаевич began their work experience in 2015 as a Communication Assistant at IOOO ERICPOL BREST. Екатерина then joined Epol Soft in the same year and held the position of Human Resources Generalist until June 2017, where they were responsible for recruitment, training and development, and organizing corporate events. Since June 2017, they have been serving as the Head of HR at Epol Soft.

Екатерина Стахаевич received their Bachelor's degree from Belarusian State University, where they studied at the Faculty of International Relations. Екатерина'sdegree program focused on economics, international tourism management, and translation. Екатерина enrolled in the university in 2008 and completed their studies in 2013.

In addition to their degree, Екатерина Stahaevich obtained an EF SET English Certificate in October 2022. This certification was earned from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET), where they achieved a score of 81 out of 100, indicating a proficient level of English proficiency.
