Melissa Rau is an experienced professional in religious leadership and consulting, currently serving as the Podcast Host of "For People" with Bishop Rob Wright at the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta since July 2020. Rau holds multiple roles at Bexley Seabury, including Chief of Staff and Director of Institutional Advancement. Previous experience includes a Lead Consultant position at Ministry Architects, where collaboration with churches facilitated strategic planning and innovative change. Rau has also held key positions at the Episcopal Church Foundation, Group Publishing, and several churches, enhancing ministry and communication efforts. Currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at the General Theological Seminary, Rau also obtained an Executive Certificate in Religious Fundraising from Princeton Theological Seminary.
