Carson H. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Carson began their career at Bobcat Contracting in 2014, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant. Carson later transitioned to the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist/HR Assistant. In 2019, Carson joined Mosaic as a Human Resources Generalist before moving on to Integ, where they served as a Human Resources Director. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at BP Pump & Supply, Inc., starting in 2021. Overall, Carson has gained extensive experience and knowledge in the HR field throughout their career.

Carson H. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in the years 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2016 to 2019, Carson pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Tarleton State University. In addition, Carson has an upcoming certification in OSHA 30 General Industry from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, to be obtained in the year 2023.
