Kayla Force has a diverse work experience, having worked in a variety of roles across different industries. In 2013, they began their career as a Student Staff at Young Life. Kayla then worked as a BUS101 Teacher Aid at The University of Kansas in 2014. In 2015, they held two roles at The Kansas City Star, first as an Ink Magazine & Events Account Executive and then as a Local Business Account Executive. In 2016, they worked as an Account Coordinator at MMGY Global. In 2017, they worked as an English Teacher at Green Tree Preschool. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at GlynnDevins, first as an Account Executive, then as an Assistant Account Executive, and finally as an Account Supervisor. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Epigraph as the Director of Customer Success and as a Customer Success Manager.

Kayla Force has studied International Marketing at CIMBA and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Marketing from The University of Kansas.
