Derek Cataldo possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and leadership, currently serving as a Patrol Lieutenant at the City of Manchester, NH, since November 2007. Cataldo has held various roles, including Legal and Professional Standards Lieutenant, Training Director, Patrol Sergeant, Detective, K9 Handler, and Patrol Officer. In addition to law enforcement, Cataldo is a Board Member and Strategic Planning Committee Chair at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester since October 2021. Recently, Cataldo completed a graduate fellowship at Harvard's Center for Public Leadership and served as a Course Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School. Furthermore, Cataldo was a Board Member and Chief Steward for the Manchester Association of Police Supervisors. Prior military experience includes serving as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps from June 2006 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate in Management, Leadership & Decision Sciences from Harvard Kennedy School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice & Law Enforcement Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
