Richard Hardin is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer solutions and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Solutions at ePac Flexible Packaging, Richard is focused on developing protocols and standards for customer service requests and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, as the Director of Customer Success at LightDeck Diagnostics, Richard established the commercial department and improved operational efficiency. Richard has extensive experience in client services management at the University of Florida, overseeing large teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery in both veterinary and medical settings. Richard's career also includes roles as a Facility Inspector for the State of Florida and Regional Manager at Ondeo Nalco Co, where diverse product lines and sales management were key responsibilities. Richard holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Medicine from the University of Florida.
