Michael Paccione possesses extensive experience in software engineering, entrepreneurship, and business management. Currently serving as a landlord at Rocky Mountain Fief since November 2021, Michael co-founded and has been the Financial Director at Enye Inc. since January 2017, focusing on accelerating social innovation in the tech non-profit sector. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Itential, Founder of Wealth Compass, and Software Engineering Team Lead at LeNgineer, where Michael contributed to R&D initiatives targeted at NASA opportunities. Additional experience includes founding a successful pet services business and operating a software development agency. Michael holds an Associate of Arts in Web Design & New Media from the Academy of Art University and is pursuing a Motorcycle Technician Certificate from City College of San Francisco.
