Jennifer Babington serves as the Operations Director and General Counsel for Envision Virgin Racing Formula E Team since February 2019. Additionally, Jennifer holds the position of Non Executive Chairman at Fulcrum Group since April 2020. Previously, Jennifer was the Chief of Staff at Green Investment Group from February 2013 to April 2018 and worked as Legal Counsel at Element Power from February 2009 to January 2013, where responsibilities included advising on renewable transactions and managing corporate governance for over 400 subsidiaries. Jennifer's earlier legal experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Norton Rose from September 2002 to February 2009. Educational credentials comprise a Jurisprudence MA from Lincoln College, Oxford University, and additional qualifications from Nottingham Law School and the School for CEOs.
