James Fullerton is an experienced professional in building services and cost management, currently serving as the Managing Director at Envac Middle East since May 2022, focusing on enhancing delivery capabilities in the GCC region. Prior to this role, James held positions at Envac Middle East as Director of Contracts, and at EC Harris as a Senior MEP Cost Consultant. James's extensive experience includes serving as the lead MEP Surveyor for Emaar on the Burj Khalifa project while working at Omnium International Ltd., and has also held roles at Davis Langdon, Capita Symonds, and Maitland QS. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Cost Management of Building Engineering Services from Nottingham Trent University and a BTech in Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
