Joan Mercieca is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global HR Manager at ENTRION INC since September 2013, Joan provides leadership and guidance in team development, employee relations, and performance management. Prior to this role, Joan held the position of Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Paychex, Inc, where responsibilities included talent management and employee retention strategies. Additional experience includes managing compensation and benefits at Unidynamics, recruiting and employee relations at TRI - County MHMR Services, and overseeing HR functions at Panalpina Inc for a workforce of over 750 employees. Joan holds advanced degrees in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and Professional Human Resources Development from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
