Yolanda Li has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles. Yolanda began their career in 1999 as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where they led financial investigation projects and provided assistance and solutions to clients for tax investigations. In 2004, they moved to Deloitte as a Tax Manager, where they advised multi-national clients on start-up and merger and acquisitions of overseas entities, analyzed and commented on tax and custom issues, and conducted tax reviews and advisories. In 2007, they joined Belden as an Asia Tax Manager, then moved to Atos Origin in 2006 in the same role. In 2010, they became Head of Asia Tax at BT, and in 2012, they were a MIT Sloan Fellow. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at KAYAK as Director of Talent / Director of Business Operations, leading talent management across the U.S. and Europe, providing talent acquisition strategic direction, organizing career fairs and technology events, marketing Kayak as a "best employer to work for", and building the Kayak hiring culture and process. Yolanda also developed the global digital marketing strategy to acquire candidates across online, mobile, and social platforms. Currently, they are a Managing Director at Enterra Solutions, LLC.
Yolanda Li has a diverse education history. Yolanda earned their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tsinghua University and their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from City University of Hong Kong. Yolanda then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2013. Following that, they completed a Certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2014. During their MBA program, they also took courses in Leadership at Harvard Business School and Software Design at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
