Steven Grumbine is a seasoned expert in inorganic chemistry with extensive experience in the microelectronics industry. Currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at Entegris since July 2022, Steven previously held various roles at Cabot Microelectronics from January 2000 to 2022, including Research Fellow, Senior Scientist, Technology Development Manager, and IP Development Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Chemist, Project Leader, and Development Manager at Cabot Corporation's Microelectronics Materials Division from 1996 to 2000, as well as a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 1993 to 1996, where Steven focused on organometallic complexes. Steven earned a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine.
