Naveen Saggi serves as the VP of Internal Audit and Chief Audit Executive at Hillenbrand since 2015, leading the internal audit function for a public industrial manufacturing company with $3 billion in annual revenues. Prior to this role, Naveen held various positions at Johnson & Johnson from 2008 to 2014, including Senior Audit Manager, where responsibilities encompassed financial assurance and managing audits across multiple business sectors. Naveen's previous experience includes roles as Finance Manager at FMC, Business Planning & Analysis Manager and Controller at Campbell Soup Company, and various audit positions at Airgas. Naveen possesses a B.S. in Accounting from Panjab University and an e-MBA from American InterContinental University.
