Janyse (JC) Madsen has over 28 years of experience in customer service and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service and Support at Entegra Procurement Services since April 2009. In this role, Janyse oversees the Procurement Call Center and technical help desk. Previously, Janyse held multiple leadership positions at IKON Office Solutions from April 1995 to October 2008, culminating in the role of National Director, where responsibility included managing over 200 employees across three national locations and handling millions of service requests annually. Janyse's experience also includes standardizing operations for 28 call centers, leading the consolidation to three centers, and launching customer-facing web service requests.
